Experience. Our company has been providing IT support for over 17 years. Our staff have a combined IT experience of 75 years. We don't pretend to know everything but we have often seen it before!

Our knowledge base, combined with a commitment to ongoing, top quality staff training ensures that we are best placed to resolve your IT issues.

We currently have 5 customer support staff with a range of IT skills and our two principal engineers are Microsoft trained.

Practical. Too often, businesses are restricted and frustrated by their IT systems. They don't really do what is required. We pride ourselves in being able to understand our client's needs and deliver effective solutions.

Project Management.  We have access to a network of IT specialists in the event that a solution cannot be offered in-house. We are happy to act as project managers on your behalf to ensure that IT projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required specifications.
